UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, recruits a logistics specialist
In order to support the UNFPA program delivery, the Logistics Specialist will collaborate closely with the program and operations staff, UN agencies, implementing partners, supply chain management unit, and inventory control team. This is a 364-day temporary appointment.
The Logistics Specialist will play a crucial role in the delivery of the UNFPA program for the health and protection needs of women and girls in a challenging operational environment. The Logistics Specialist will closely coordinate the logistics for UNFPA supplies, including the emergency reproductive health kits, medical equipment and supplies, dignity kits, and other miscellaneous commodities and supplies, with the country office staff, UN agencies, and other partners, particularly the WFP Logistics Cluster.
