Concern Worldwide started working in DRC in 1994. Since that time we have grown into one of the leading humanitarian organisations operating in DRC with national rapid response programmes, resilience programmes, cash, WASH and nutrition programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of our programmes in DRC. Today, 1 in 10 people in humanitarian need live in DRC- come and help us do our part.
About the role: This is a 24 month, replacement role with accompanied terms based in Kinshasa, DRC with frequent travel to our programme areas in North Kivu and Tanganyika (30% of the time). This is a grade 5 role with a salary of €47,694 – €52,993 and benefits.
You will report to the Country Director (CD) and will line manage the Grants Finance Manager, and two Programme Accountants for North Kivu and Tanganyika respectively. You and have overall responsibility for the Finance team. You will also work closely with the Shared Services Accountant. You will liaise with other Senior Management Team members, budget holders, HR, Logistics, Dublin and Regional Finance staff, local banks, auditors, partners & donor finance staff.
We would like you to start on 1st April 2022.
