Concerning the role

In order to support the implementation of ongoing projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Europe and Central Asia (ECA), the Transparency International Secretariat is currently looking for a Project Associate (m/f/d) to join the Projects Team. These projects are Building Integrity and National Accountability in Lebanon (BINA) and Digital Technologies for Civic Empowerment in Kyrgyzstan (DT4CE).

Transparency International Lebanon, in partnership with the Lebanese Centre for Policy Studies (LCPS), undertook the Building Integrity and National Accountability in Lebanon (BINA) project. The project offers CSOs, local governments, and citizen groups trainings, mentorship, and knowledge. In the wake of the Beirut port explosion, the initiative monitors governments, state institutions, and the broader Reform, Recovery, and Reconstruction Framework (3RF) implementation process. It also works on collective advocacy towards reform processes….

Transparency International Kyrgyzstan and the Digital Technologies for Civic Empowerment (DT4CE) initiative were partners in its implementation. The project’s goal is to give Kyrgyzstan’s local CSOs more opportunity to solve important governance issues that still have an impact on the nation’s growth. With the intention of enabling citizens to hold responsibility bearers accountable and assert their legitimate interests, DT4CE seeks to enhance currently available digital tools and create new ones that are interactive, direct, and accessible. This would represent 15–25% of the whole role.
