Program Lead Tourism and Hospitality

Reporting to the Country Head, the Program Lead Tourism and Hospitality will be responsible for a portfolio of partnerships in the tourism sector focused on the Foundation’s Young Africa Works priorities and commitment to enable dignified and fulfilling work for young women and young people in general. She/he will work collaboratively with other Foundation staff, such as Program Country team members who are developing country strategies and other program team members in other technical areas (e.g., education, agriculture, MSME, etc.). The Program Lead will be overseeing partner programs, the management of old and new T&H programming and partnerships, contributing to the development of initiatives and ensuring effective collaboration with government, development partners and implementing organizations. She/he will provide expertise and interact effectively with senior levels of partner organizations and ecosystem stakeholders to advance the development and delivery of the Foundation’s country goals.
