Education needed
Master’s degree with two years of relevant professional experience in international relations, political or social sciences, business or public administration, law, or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or University degree with four years of relevant professional experience in the aforementioned fields.
Experience needed
• Knowledge of conceptualizing, developing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating projects;
• Expertise in the design, organization, and implementation of multi-country or multi-project M&E systems for programs and projects, including the collection, analysis, and report-writing of data.
• Extensive understanding of monitoring and evaluation concepts, methodologies, and strategies, including participatory approaches, qualitative and quantitative methods, and evaluative methodology;
