Understanding of and aptitude for implementing the financial policies, guidelines, and practices of the UN Environment Programme.
Understanding of the complete spectrum of financial and budgetary functions, including database management, claims processing, and program formulation, as well as the ability to extract, evaluate, analyze, and prepare data.
