Candidates with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field, preferably in the social sciences (project planning and management, statistics, development studies, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessments, and accountability), or a related field are eligible for this full-time position. An advanced degree (Masters) will be helpful.
The applicant must have a minimum of five years of current project cycle management experience.
comprehensive, conceptual, and practical understanding of management, evaluation, logic approach, and program design principles.
Knowledge of integrated program/project design and tool development.
