The incumbent will report to the Chief Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer and be responsible for the following primary responsibilities: conducting high-quality evaluations, research, and studies; and building the capacities of UNICEF personnel and partners on this theme.
Assurance of evaluation quality
Follow up on and encourage the execution of a practical research and study plan that supports organizational learning.

advanced academic training in social sciences, statistics, development planning, and planning
a minimum of five years of relevant job experience, both domestically and abroad. Experience in emergencies is beneficial.
