A Consultant needed in RDC
Qualification of the position
The performance of this service will be entrusted to individual consultants justifying the following conditions and qualities:
Hold a university degree in communication or any other social science subject, with a level of at least Bac+5 or any equivalent diploma;
Justify an experience of at least five (05) years in the field of communication to the general public;
Have a good knowledge of gender, equality and GBV issues in the DRC;
Have a good knowledge of issues related to entrepreneurship and the business climate in the DRC;
Have excellent writing skills (at least three reports produced in similar services).
Particular attention will be paid to the choice of beneficiaries, in compliance with the “Leave no one behind” principle, in order to include the most vulnerable groups of women (women living with disabilities, women living with HIV/AIDS, widowed women, indigenous women, internally displaced women, survivors of SGBV). In this wake, alongside the dissemination tools intended for the general public, it is appropriate to produce dissemination tools adapted to targets living in a specific situation (disability, non-literacy, etc.).
